PHP, the Compagnie Fruitière group’s banana plantation in Cameroon, wanted to embark on a new CSR strategy by encouraging local economic development through investment in profitable activities that would add value to the subsidiary in the broadest sense.
classM has put in place a strategic plan based on the implementation of a collective catering service on the plantation (cost analysis, food plan, operational deployment), and more broadly other induced activities (including local agricultural production to feed the workers) to improve the integration of the PHP in its socio-economic environment.
