In response to a request from a major customer, Dole France asked classM to carry out an operational audit of the sources of waste in the exotic fruit production cycle in France, Côte d’Ivoire and Cameroon. In addition to quantifying the sources of waste, classM proposed concrete actions aimed at reducing this waste and improving process efficiency, while highlighting the quality of Dole France’s products to its customer.
