On behalf of Setec International, classM has drawn up twenty PPP infrastructure development files for the Rufisque – Thiès – M’Bour triangle: identification of structuring projects with high added value and employment content, and analysis of their ‘implementation potential’ in a public-private arrangement. These projects are presented to Senegal’s development agencies, with a view to guiding future planning decisions and highlighting the Setec Group’s expertise.
