In collaboration with its local partner, Sirius, study the establishment of one or more maize farms, with a view to producing grits to supply the Castel group’s breweries in Angola:
– Confirm the technical assumptions relating to maize growing in the country
– Identify available land and determine the appropriate technical itineraries
– Confirm upstream channels (purchase of inputs and equipment) and the organisation to be put in place (HR requirements, planning), as well as the administrative procedures involved
– Determine the optimum size of the base unit based on investment and operating data (best return on equipment and human resources)
